This is a small business run by one person. This page says plainly what happens to your information, in the same language I’d use on the phone.
The short version. If you fill in the form, I get your details and I use them to reply to you. I don’t sell them, I don’t share them, and there are no advertising trackers on this site. If you’d like your information deleted, email me and it’s done.
What I collect
Only what you type into the form on this site:
- Your name
- Your business name and what kind of business it is
- Your email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- Whatever you write in the box about what isn’t working
If you don’t fill in the form, I don’t collect anything about you beyond the ordinary server records described below.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation, and to keep track of that conversation so I don’t lose the thread. That is the whole reason. Your details go into the system I use to manage my own business enquiries, and nowhere else.
What I never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information
- Add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for
- Put you into an automated sales sequence — there isn’t one
- Run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site
Services this site uses
A few third parties are involved in the site working at all. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. Like any web host it keeps ordinary server records, which can include your IP address and browser type.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Loading them means your browser contacts Google, which sees your IP address. No account or tracking is involved.
- Calendly is used if you choose to book a time. Anything you enter there is held by Calendly under their policy.
- Vercel and Neon host the private system where I keep my business enquiries.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
How long I keep it
For as long as there’s a live conversation, and afterwards as a record of who I’ve spoken to. If you’d rather I didn’t, say so and I’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There’s no process and no form — email or call, and I’ll do it.
Client work
If you become a client, information I handle while building your systems is covered by our written agreement rather than this page. I don’t use your business data for anything other than the work you’ve engaged me to do.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
