A normal Tuesday
Home care, HVAC, dental, salons, contractors, property management — whatever you do, I build you one place where calls, leads, schedules and follow-up actually run. Built around your business, not a template you have to bend to fit.
Or call 505-359-5489 — you'll get me, not a receptionist.
Twenty minutes on a call. I ask how work actually moves through your business and where it jams — and if something I’ve built fits what you describe, I’ll share my screen and show you it running.
If you like what you see and want me to look properly at your business — where your leads leak, what your tools cost against what they do — that’s the audit, and it credits toward anything we build.
A real sequence, sped up. This is the part you never see happen.
Underneath, every service business works the same way: someone calls, someone gets scheduled, someone does the work, someone gets paid. What changes is what you call things — a dental office says patient where a plumber says customer.
Don't see yours? I spend the first week learning how work actually moves through your business, and what gets built comes out of that week. It's built for you.
These aren’t concepts or templates. They are working systems I designed to solve the kinds of operational problems service businesses deal with every day.
The first thing I built was a way to cover a shift when a caregiver called out at 6am. I’d been doing it by phone, one name at a time, while the clock ran down on a client who needed someone by eight. Everything here started on a morning like that one.
No hourly billing, and no open-ended discovery. Once I understand the job you get a fixed price and a finish date in writing — and that’s the number.
Timings are working weeks and they start once I have what I need from you: your data, access to your systems, and someone who can make decisions. Support after launch is optional, month to month, and priced to the size of what I built.
ORI Business Workflow and AI Audits are conducted in person at the client’s business location. This allows me to observe the actual workflow, see how systems and staff interact, and identify problems that may not surface during a regular consultation. Please plan for approximately 60–90 minutes and ensure that the appropriate owner or manager is available.
What’s included
The full $497 comes off any build you do with me within 60 days — and you keep the findings either way.
Start with the auditMaking the tools you already own work together, and handing the repetitive parts to AI. Nothing new for your team to learn.
What’s included
What moves the price: how many systems have to talk to each other, how much of your data needs cleaning first, and how many workflows you want automated. Typically $2,500–$7,500.
Talk it throughAn application built around one part of your business, the way you actually do it.
What’s included
Priced after I understand the job — quoting a build sight-unseen is how people get overcharged or under-delivered.
Scope it with meTier 1, plus the parts that make it a system rather than a single tool.
Everything in Tier 1, plus
Priced after I understand the job. The audit is usually the cleanest way to get there.
Scope it with meA full operational system across several locations, with more than one integration and a genuinely custom module.
Everything in Tier 2, plus
No two of these are alike, so I don’t put a number on it before I understand yours. A free twenty-minute call, no obligation — if it turns out you need something smaller, I’ll tell you that.

I'm Suzette Overton. I own Honest 1 Caregiving, a home care agency here in New Mexico. I know what it's like to run a service business where the phone is the lifeline, the schedule changes at 6am and the paperwork never ends.
I got tired of paying for software that didn't fit, so I built my own — a command centre, a scheduling and call-out system, a full operations platform, a client intake and records system. Every one of them started as a problem I hit running the agency.
That's what I bring: systems I designed and built myself. I'm not an agency reselling someone else's product, and I'm not a consultant who hands you a slide deck and leaves. I build the thing, I show you it working, and I'm still there when you have a question in month three.
